- If you know the size of the print required, email needs to be sent at info@madebyconfetti.com (make sure you leave a space of 1 cm around your A4 & A3 size artwork, this ensures that we don’t end up with cropped artwork).
- If it feels like designing this is not your thing, we can help. Design service starts at a fee of AED 20 onwards. Please email us with your high resolution image and we will design it for you as per the sizes and layouts required.
- Please note that we will require minimum 1 working day to complete your order. If an order requires artwork services, please place it 24 working hrs in advance (orders placed after 3 pm will only be completed by the end of next working day).

The best edible print results come down to two things: a smooth surface and controlled moisture. Apply it near serving time and keep the surface dry and even.
Prepare a Smooth, Dry Surface: Fondant should be smooth; buttercream should be chilled and crusted.
Chill if It Resists Peeling: If it won’t release cleanly, freeze for 10–20 seconds, then peel again.
Place Carefully & Smooth Out: Start from the centre or one edge and gently press out air bubbles.
Avoid Excess Moisture: Too much moisture can cause bleeding or softening, so apply closer to serving.
Trim if Needed: Cut to size before peeling backing for a neat finish.
Store Properly Before Use: Keep sealed, flat, cool and dry to maintain flexibility.
