Refund and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
- Most items on our website are custom-made; therefore, once an order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled. If you suspect credit card fraud, please notify us within six (6) hours of receiving the order confirmation email. We will proceed with order preparation if no communication is received within this timeframe.
- Custom-made orders are non-refundable in cases of a change of mind. If an order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, the entire order amount will still be charged. We do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
- Please note that cash handling and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used. For online payments, a 5% service fee (bank/provider charges) will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as these charges are levied directly by the payment service provider and are non-recoverable.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges or returns on custom-made products, as they are specifically created based on customer requests.
- For Colour Mill or Cardstock products, exchanges or returns will only be applicable if the item is found to be damaged upon delivery. In such cases, photographic evidence will be required for verification.
