Made by Confetti isn't just a creative studio—it's a story of intention, design, and the people who make it feel like home.
Shaista
At the helm is Shaista, a graphic designer with an unshakable love for typography, glitter, and paper. What began as a quiet idea once her children started school full-time quickly flourished into a studio known for premium design, fast turnarounds, and unforgettable details. Legend has it she started making cake toppers just to stay close to the world of baking and to feed her inner child. She credits her parents for teaching her how to dream big and for showing her how to fly.
To her husband, R, she offers endless thanks: for being her calm, her constant, and never once letting go of her hand. And to her husband’s family, for always stepping in with love, support, and care for the children, the home, and all the moments in between-especially when she’s not around. But Made by Confetti isn’t a one-woman show. Behind the sparkle is a family-powered force of creativity and character.

Rishaan
The studio's Chief Tech Officer (unofficial but irreplaceable) is the tech mastermind behind our edible printing success. Whether it's solving printer tantrums or justifying the latest gadget upgrade, he keeps us one step ahead—always. He turns 13 this winter, and yes, our rainbow glitter cardstock is named after him.
Aayra
Our inventory, Queen and Intern-in-Charge has been sorting cardstock, counting Colour Mill bottles, and keeping her older brother in check for over five years. She dreams of med school and a pink Tesla—and she isn't shy about clocking in extra studio hours to make it happen. Our holographic rainbow cardstock? Named after her.

The A, T & E Trio are the studio’s heartbeat. Calm in the chaos, brilliant in the bustle, and always ready to rise when things get intense. With grace, strength, and the kind of kindness that can’t be taught, they hold down the fort always as family. P.S. They’re also the reason Shaista needs regular root touch-ups- which she said is not age, just induced streaks of love.
